With you on the streaming. I admire what you guys managed to do with videoplayers - I've only done it digitally.
I was lucky once way back to borrow a copy of the Woad tapes. It woke me up to the idea that I should be vidding. I always see Dante's prayer as the starting point of deciding to get into ST, though I resisted it until a couple of years ago.

Wow, that's awesome to hear! Thank you for sharing that. :) Wonderful to hear. And no, I've never done VCR vidding -- I tried, once, back in 1999, but by 2000 I had a camera that could do video capture, so I was spared having to master that skill. lapillus was my mentor, though, and she did some terrific VCR vids. Even Dante was done with a computer (Final Cut Pro version 1.0!)
