My opinions are basically the same as yours.

Hah, you should've seen my reaction on the whole Lupin/Tonks thing. I nearly DIED.
But I've come up with a few theories and such, and Sirius/Remus is NOT sunk, in my opinion.

I saw Dumbledore's death coming too, but I was surprised when Snape killed him. I was also surprised at Snape being the HBP 'cause I didn't expect that either.

Harry/Ginny was...meh. I liked the Ron/Hermione. And I liked Draco.

A lot of people think R.A.B. = Regulus. I did't catch it at first during my reading (I was too...distraught), but when people mentioned it, I agree.

I totally agree with all your opinions on the general book structure. I had to remind myself sometimes that, yes, this was the actual sixth book I'm reading.

I thought OotP was much better than this book. This is probably my least favorite of the books too. :/

Mrr...but Sirius/Remus ISN'T SUNK!!

OMGICONLOVE!!! <3 <3 <3 XDDDDDD

Lupin and Tonks... Argh! So doesn't work! I spent days looking forward to reading HP6, got happy at the bit where Lupin is sitting looking at the fire during the love song ^^ then it was all Tonks and I was like... Damn you JK! I used to like Tonks, but now I can't help but want her to get knocked off in the next book... Eheheheh... It would have been passable without the bit where they were holding hands - the other bit could be explained away as Lupin rejecting her using those reasons to disguise the fact he was in love with Sirius, but the hand-holding bit... Dammit all!! >:3 Muu~~~

Draco was cool. Only good bit, in my opinion. Ron/Hermione was good also, would have been better if they had actually gotten together rather than arsing around with Lavender and whoever ( ... )

*grumble*Tonks*grumble*...

Also, was it just me or was there a lot more slang used in this book?
I noticed that too. And it made it seem all the more like a fanfic.

Also, were you pissed off at how little Sirius featured?
Oh, yes, I was!! As much as Harry cared about Sirius, it's surprising he was hardly in this book. It was just like, "Yeah, he's dead. Let's move on now."

I was expecting more Marauder scenes too, especially since it's right after Sirius's death. You'd think Harry would at least want to get some of what he was feeling off his chest, and which person to better do that with than Lupin--the man who, next to Harry, was the closest person to Sirius? He should've known Lupin was suffering from Sirius's death too. What better person to sympathize with?

Gah, stupid Harry.

I wanted to see more of the twins too. But we only really got that joke shop scene.

Yep, I was very disappointed too. ::shakes her head::

Yes, I thought it seemed like a fanfic!! Ron especially, used words like 'doss' and 'shufti'... I guess that is how we talk, it's just quite different from the other books...

I was so expecting Harry angst over Sirius. Instead I got Unemotional Girl-obsessed!Harry. I feel cheated >.<

I was so hoping for more Marauder's Era stuff... I figured there had to be a scene where Harry and Lupin discussed the implications of Sirius's death (maybe Lupin being left as Harry's guardian ^^ ), and that would inevitable lead to Lupin!memory of their schooldays... Ah, so much hoping, all gone to nothing... ;_;

Haha ^^ You da futt-butt!!

I'm waiting for Stell's pictures to make a post about Portugal. Mine won't be developed till mid-next week, and there doesn't seem much point posting about it without the photos. You need to nag her into uploading them onto Photobucket, then give me the link to her album ::prods::

Plus, I was severely pissed off with Harry Potter. Severely.

(If you wonder who I am: I found your comment in my friend specs_olga's journal so I checked this out...Hopefully you don't mind me commenting here! If you do please tell me!)
I totally agree with 1-5. Good to know I'm not alone...
There were no hints for Ginny/Harry before but I kinda think they are a nice couple (hopefully olga never reads this, she's a guns&handcuffs shipper and would kill me...).
For 9. : I hope the next book won't be like a treasure hunt (a la Indiana Jones), I really don't know what to expect.

Hey ^^ Nah, that's ok, I live for random comments. I post enough of them myself, so I should enjoy them XD

Ginny/Harry... They are quite a sweet couple really, but I would have liked a bit more plot behind their relationship really... Like maybe Harry thinking about it in book 5 or something...

I think the next book is going to be quite strange, but I guess no one knows what to expect... 0_0 You got any far-fetched or random theories? Most people seem to...

::loves discussing Harry Potter ^^ ::

Yeah, I did something similar with my best friend ^^ The minute I got back from Portugal I was on the phone to Flo screaming "OH MY GOD!!!" XD

The RAB=Regulus theory seems to be the accepted theory, I'm not totally sure it would be that obvious, but I can't see a better alternative.

Another popular theory is that Harry himself (or rather Harry's scar) is going to be the final whorecrux Horcrux. Which I think would mean Harry will have to destroy himself... My friend reckons this, anyway.

I also have a friend who believes Snape isn't evil - because at the end, he's almost teaching Harry while Harry is trying to kill him. I don't know, though... I think Snape has his own plans, I'm not sure he's loyal to anyone... Hmm...

I think Harry and Ginny definitely have to get together, providing neither of them die ^^

::whispers:: I think I'd quite like Tonks to die... ::blushes:: Sail on, HMS Wolfstar... T^T

And btw, you'd better add me as your friend ^^ 'Cos I already added you! XD
