I did it! Decided to have nautical stars instead of the star outlines that i had originally wanted. Nautical stars symbolise protection and guidance. One star each for Alv, Leo, Charis and me! It's on the inside of my right ankle.

i've been back at work for 2 weeks... things at work have gone swimmingly well while i was away except for one project. the return to work wasn't as dreadful or traumatic as one would imagine... mebbe cos it's the 2nd time round. i was pretty cool about everything. i still remember my anxiety when i first sent Leo to daycare... i didn't bat an ( Read more... ) -

trip back in time... TV reruns
now that i'm at home all day, i watch a LOT of non-primetime TV. And here, non-primetime means 'reruns'. And last year being a special year for local-made dramas (25 years of local dramas), mediacorp has been showing a lot of those REALLY old drama serials (from 80s to the early 90s). i wrote a letter to 8 Days and it got published. Well, i have mixed feelings about it... It's just something that i felt very strongly abt it (about someone not being acknowledged for excellent work done on television)... and on the spur of the moment, i decided to email 8 Days to give my 2 cents.
