Stardust in (very brief) and a minor ANTMism

After feeling dissatisfied with the majority of 'big' films I've seen this year FINALLY a satisfying family film in 2007 in Stardust. Great cast, lovely looking, great direction, screenplay by Jane Goldman. Maybe dragged a touch in the last 20 mins (action scene was way too long), but really - what more could anyone want from a modern fairy tale? A

stardust was wonderful, went to see it on sunday with si, jasper and chris and it left me feeling all smiley :D yay for sparkly neil gaiman joy!
