New helmet time!

A fur I know was in a motorcycle collision last summer, and as I'd been riding for a number of years it prompted me to finally replace my helmet.  It's never been in a wreck, but it's been bumped about a lot and is about 9 years old, so it was time for a new one

Very cool! Nice work, did you cut it by hand?

Yes. The reflective material comes in sheets, and I use a template I made for the eyes, and thin strips for the lines. The material has a little stretch to it, so you can curve the lines without wrinkling it.
