"Jacob" is the spirit of the island. I know it's hokey, but give it a chance. Jacob has been imprisoned by the original hostiles for a very, VERY long time. After watching Cabaret, I think it's worth noting that if it weren't for this movie/play, things like Chicago and Moulin Rouge would never have existed.

I've recently taken up working out at home with some of Joel's equipment. It SUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS! I am so unfit, it's ridiculous.

Nevertheless I've already gone down a belt-size, I can lift the weights much more easily, and my jeans fit a bit better. W00t!
