150 Pounds...

My weight's reached 150 lbs. It's odd, because I actually feel like I've lost weight when I've in fact gained 5 pounds. I don't think I look heavier, either; but 150 pounds for someone of my height (5'1") is more than I'm comfortable with. So, my first move I think is going to be to eat less sugary cereal for breakfast and start belly dancing again ( Read more... )

Getting off the prednisone will help, since it does make you retain water and thus increases your weight.

Weight loss is never easy, but it feels great. I've lost almost 30 pounds and it feels great. Good luck!! All my blessings.

I dunno. It's different for everyone. I started with the Master Cleanse for 7 days, then focused on eating mo re vegetables and fruit than carbs. Dunno if that'll work for you, but exercise works for everyone. :-) Losing fat and gaining muscle is always good. :-) All my blessings.
