I hope his soul is faring well on the other side. I'm praying for him, almost out of compulsion, because I don't want to find myself saying "It's good he's dead."

It's not good he's dead. Like it or not, he was my equal, my co-human, my brother. So are Pat Robertson and Ted Haggard.
