I swam 15 laps today, which took me about half an hour. I've decided that going by laps instead of by time is a better system for me; it lets me spend as much time resting between laps as I need to without lowering the amount of exercise I get done. Next week I'm going to try to go twice a week, and then 3 times the week after that. My goal is to
