Actually, I think his heart is in the right place. He believes that police should only interfere if they suspect you of wrongdoing, and that suspicion shouldn't be based on how old you are or what color your skin is. The current police harass teenagers, so I think he'd be a welcome change... though I doubt he's going to win, honestly.
