And I'm not sure if I'm reading too much into it, but that last line had rather a chilling edge to it...

Yes, I was going for something chilling at the end. Becker has been rather obsessed in series 4, in my view, and I wanted to explore that. Glad you liked it :)

That sums up Becker's attitude perfectly!

This was a really intense look inside Becker's head and it worked beautifully for me.
