How terribly cozy and English of us

It's been a very domestic warm and cozy weekend here. Yesterday, our friend Jon visited. He brought us chocolate from his recent trip to Switzerland and we made him tea and then we had a feast of Pizza Hut for lunch. I got my warm cookie dough with ice cream for the first time in too long. So I was both full and happy by the time Jon headed home

It sounds like your weekend was both cosy and productive. It's great that you got to see your friend and could share lunch with him in your flat. It sounds like it was a really nice visit. Oh, and that's good news about all the household items you were able to buy. I'm sure you can now check quite a few items off your list.

Yes, we can start ticking things off our list lol. It's quite satisfying. We're still trying to work our way through all the things we need here since we got back from honeymoon. We might get through it all by our first anniversary lol ;)
