I don't know if anyone else saw this, but Kanye West was on this fund-raiser for the hurricane victims, and he really ripped into the racist, racist reponse to this whole crisis. I just want to say that no matter what political transformations i may undergo in my life, I still am disturbed by a visit on the tax-free day to "The Container Store," and I will still never cross a picket line.

Today I was riding my bike on Mass Ave, and I saw this guy crossing the street on crutches. I stopped my bike in the middle of the road to block traffic so he could cross.
