Never been a great one for the memes but saw this on anazecria's LJ and couldn't resist. There's a sense of symmetry here as the word 'meme' was first coined by Richard Dawkins who is the most rabid atheist you are ever likely to meet, God love 'im.

Howard Keel died! Nobody told me. (Mind you, I have been avoiding the news since the train crash. I find the saturation coverage of these events by the media to be ghoulish at best.)

Just last weekend I was watching my DVD of 'Calamity Jane', tonight I'll have to dust off 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers'. Not that that one needs much dusting.
