I simply love this. Can't wait to read more. What I'd like to know though is if Sheldon will go back to his old life at some point or if he simply settles into this new and wonderful life of his.
Love the kids by the way, would love to see Sheldon interact with them more.

Oh, wow. That is awesome to hear because both of those things are, like, the main point of the next part! So I hope you enjoy them when they're up. Glad you liked this as well! :D

I am struggling to say 'The next part had better be up next weekend or I will come up there and cry' without it making me sound like I'm fourteen years old and seconds away from ending the sentence with 'omg more plz!'

...fuck it. OMG more plz? This is seriously... yeah, no, seriously, it's touching, and it's sweet, and I like that he's not having a totally horribly embarrassing time integrating into this other universe because I have a bit of an embarrassment squick.

And the kids are adorable.

AAACK, THANK YOUUUUUUU. The kids were tough because sometimes I hate kids a lot. Most of the time, really. So I wanted to make sure they were a funny combo of their parents personalities and therefore not super boring and pointless. SO THANK YOU AGAIN. I hope to ease your struggles soon! As soon as I have a good solid day to close things up, I'll have them up. PROMISE!

This is fantastic! ♥ I love the kids, they're cuuuute. Of course Sheldon and Penny would smart, athletic, well-adjusted kids. I also love the dynamic between the group as parents; it seems so natural. It's great to see that Sheldon is really trying to fit in this universe. I am so looking forward to the next installments.

Basically. And I put a lot of that parenting on Penny's warmth and kindness trickling down, but at the end of the day, I feel like Sheldon's a lot of talk when it comes to having children. He's super impartial and against the idea, but he'd be bound to try and prove his own terrible parents were a fluke in the genetic code~! If he does something, he sets his mind to it and tries to be the best there is, no reason that wouldn't apply here! I'm really happy you liked it and hopefully will enjoy the next part. :)

I love this! Oh, I can't wait to know how Sheldon woke up 15 years later, or how the "doctor" knows he is displaced!

And a wonderful way for him to "lose his virginity!" :D LOVE the kids!

Look forward to parts 4-6!

Edited because a. I can't type when I'm excited over a fic and b. I shouldn't type comments while teaching a class ;)

So, in the midst of reading this, I missed my stop and ended up in Downtown D.C. If there were any question as to how engrossing this story is, let the fact that I was oblivious enough to cross state lines be a testament to that ( ... )

I HATE KIDS IN FIC, LIKE, 99% OF THE TIME. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY'RE OCs, BUT. I HAD TO. TO SELL IT AND FOR THE EMOTIONAL PAY OFF AND ALL. But I'm so glad they're not annoying little brats, or come off that way because while they probably have their moments, I feel like seeing such different shades of people raising them and in their family's group of friends, they'd actually be surprisingly well-adjusted!

Goofy Bachelor Uncle Leonard is my favorite. Although I totally kept him single because I didn't want to marry off all of the guys in the place Sheldon's ended up. That would be a little much. Plus, I think Leonard's got a little Ted Mosby's Guide To Dating pamphlet tucked somewhere on his person and he's just a long journey to the end kind of guy. Probably why I find the idea of him being ~destined for Penny~ so boring. I loved seeing him date. Geeks date! All kinds of women! It's funny and way more interesting to watch than him falling over his feet for the same person for five years ( ... )
