"Ne, Dai-chan~"
"Uhn?" Arioka Daiki looked at his bestfriend, while munching the onigiri his mother made.
"That new student... quite interesting ne??" blurted out Hikaru, smiling, hands crossed to his chest.
"EHHHH???????"
"Whats wrong??"
"Did you just say he's interesting??"
"Well yea.. wait. I did??"
The others just nodded their heads.
"No, it cant be! I shouldn't be thinking that way..!"
"You just did.."
"Well yea.. But-"
"Ne ne ne, dont worry Hika-chan.. its normal for you to react like this.." said Takaki, while patting his friend's shoulder.
"We understand you completely.. we'll accept you the way you are.." explained Daiki.
"Huhh? The way I am?"
*nods from the other 3*
"Since you like boys..we-"
"Eh? Chotto chotto! When did I say that I like boys??"
"You just expressed your feeling on how interesting he is.."
"Well yea, but-"
"Excuse me.." a voice interrupted and all 4 heads turned to the source.
Hikaru's eyes widened all of a sudden..
"Do you guys know where is the store room?" Inoo asked.
The 4 boys looked at each other before..
"He knows where is the store room!" Takaki, Yabu and Arioka pointed at Hikaru.
"Ah~ sou ka? Could you please show me the way? Onegaishimasu.."
Hikaru glared at his friends, giving the why-me???? look.
His friends just grinned mischievously.

"Yaotome-kun.."
"Uhn?"
"You must be famous in this school ne?" Inoo started
"Eto.. err.." "Looking at the way the girls shrieks wherever you goes.." cut Inoo.
"Kakkoi na~~" continued the boy.
"Kakkoi?? no no no.... of course not.."
"Ne, Yaotome-ku-" "Hikaru.." "Eh?"
"Hikaru.. just call me Hikaru.." and he beamed happily.
"Hikaru? Hai~ demo.."
"Nani ga, Inoo-kun?"
"Not fair.."
"Doushita?"
"Still, not fair." Inoo shook his head and continued to walk.
Hikaru tilted his head in confusion but soon realized that he's been left behind.
"Inoo-kun!" he called.
The said boy turned around and with a smile, "Kei.."
"Excuse me??" "Kei." repeated Inoo and abruptly, he pointed to a sign board.
"I think i could find it by myself.. Arigatou ne, Hikaru." he gave a light bow and walked away, leaving a bewildered Hikaru behind.
On the other hand, Hikaru still not getting whatever Inoo said, scratched his head.
Kei??

"What did he said?" asked Yabu eagerly, as soon as Hikaru sat down beside him.
"Yea! Tell us!" the other two couldn’t help but to butt in too.
Hikaru sneered at his friends and sighed, "He said, 'Kei.' before he left.."
"Kei??" Hikaru nodded in reply.
"Whats with this 'Kei'??" Hikaru pondered. He puffed his cheeks before he felt the three smacked his head.
"ITTAI~! Hey! What was that for??" he rubbed the back of his head, pouting, looking at his 3 friends.
"Oiy, BAKA! KEI, is his name! Inoo KEI! Dont you remember??"
"Huhh?"
"Why do i have this baka over here as my best friend?? You asked him to call you Hikaru dont you? So, he asked you to call him KEI!!" explained Takaki, followed by, "BAKA!" by the other two.
"Sou ka?? Owh.." Then only he understood of this 'Kei' thing.

"Class, for your final term examination, all of you need to do some coursework in order to get extra credits.. This is a pair-work so, I’ll read out the pairs now.."
"Takaki Yuya! and Kiriyama Akito!"
"Yabu Kota! and Inoui Kaoru!"
"Yaotome Hikaru! and Inoo Kei!"
Hikaru's eyes widened in disbelieve. Ehh? I got paired up with him??? He then glanced at the seat beside him. Inoo were looking straight at the blackboard, not even bother to look at his sides.
Later on that day, as soon as the class finished, Inoo ran out of the class in a hurry, just when Hikaru was about to greet him.
"Whats wrong with that guy??" he pondered.
He really wanted to know what’s wrong, but in the end he just gave up and continued on.
