Stop, breathe, relax.
Prioritise.
Evaluate threats, dangers, annoyances, problems and everything else in that order.

Without knowing the details, I se an overload of inputs.

So nice of you to remind me of the steps to sanity.Honestly when you are in a rut so deep it is difficult to get out. But when you finally ground yourself you realize it wasnt so bad afterall.I have to recall that I have to keep myself healthy in mind and body so that I can be there for him. Noella

It IS scary when your rock crumbles! I have been there too! I never figured out how to handle it - I just lived through it. We started taking walks together and it really did help both of us - but I also got away when I could and did something just for me. I guess it worked - we did make it out of the tunnel eventually.

HUGS!
