Thaaat is a rule I'll explain in the full event post! I mean events like this are perfect for THAT ONE TIME I REALLY WANTED TO USE MY CHARACTERS POWERS BUT NEVER HAD A CHANCE but like you said, genocide. That's a thing. So a compromise shall be worked out between the two!
