[He actually intended to make this audio, but Yuri is technology fail. The camera is tilted upwards and Yuri is wrapped in a rather large comforter. Someone got wet when the pipes burst, as indicated by his sopping clothes that have been hung up over a few buckets and his hair actually has some frost in it and a small icicle. So I read on the cameragraph thing that there are people that turn into monsters doing this. I'm gonna patrol the streets and if I see anything suspicious, I'll punch it until it stops moving.
