The sleep reset seems to have worked pretty well. I'm still going to bed quite late, but at least I am now able to get up at a reasonable time. This morning I was awake and (more importantly) out of bed by 7.30

Glad you have managed to reset your sleep. I had to be awake for 8am this morning as Sky are meant to be coming to fix the telly between 8am-1pm. What's the bets they arrive at 1pm? If I hadn't got up I would have been the first call!
It's been bizarre just how windy it's been, so unusual for May. My patio is quite protected I suppose as there's been no wind damage and even the bird table which normally gets blown down is still standing....which is weird. I'm not sure which direction the wind is coming from. There's lots of debris from the walnut tree though.

The recipe is called "blue flower omlette" and there are loads of versions online - I think I originally found it in a book about the Shakers.
