Gradually emerging again

After a pretty grim week, I'm now beginning to feel a bit more human. Last week, the weather was gloriously sunny and autumnal, and I was stuck in the flat looking out at it and feeling sorry for myself. The extra week in hospital threw out all my arrangements for friends to visit, with nearly everyone I would have relied on unavailable or abroad ( Read more... )

I was ready to hop a flight over and check on you in person.
ARGH...how uncomfortable a sleeping position. Hopefully you'll make up for lost sleep now.

You'll be running the London Marathon before too long.

I should certainly be able to see you next month, and I'm really looking forward to it. Maybe not the Marathon though!

How are your pain levels? Do you get PT at home?

The pain isn't too bad at all - more stiffness than pain really. I havwe a little leaflet of exercises that I should have been following last week.

Pleased to hear that your recovery is looking up after a miserable week. It'd be so much better if you could have had loved ones around to help out and encourage. You have done well to get mobile. I couldn't sleep like that! I'm glad you are now able to sleep in any position that's comfortable. ((hugs))
