About to go out with Ryan and am really excited. The last few weeks have been really awful for me in terms of symptoms, and I just didn't have to energy to go out.. I even missed my doctor's appointment this week because I just literally did not have to energy to even get dressed, let alone shower, get in the car, and be psychoanalyzed for two
