Not every method of therapy works on everyone, OR THERE WOULDN'T BE SO MANY FRAKKING METHODS.
It takes a while, sometimes way more than one therapist, to find the method that works for you. Hell, I still haven't found mine, but the closest that came to any sort of progress was cognitive behavioural therapy, I had a workbook for it.
Maybe I could lend it to you? I didn't write much in it, mostly just circled crap, I'm sure it would do you better use than it sitting on my floor, I ever seem to have the time to sit down and do it.
But yeah, the whole point of therapy is to find what works for YOU, what feels right for YOU and helps YOU, not what everyone else says or thinks SHOULD work for you or what they think you should do.
I'm always here if you need me, Holly, so is Soul and so is Freddie and all my friend here should you need us, okay? Love you. <3

Eh, can you find someone else? Or maybe explain to her that this isn't what you need and gtf0 and get someone better. Anxiety is the problem, not just the lack of access to schooling.
