Exercise Question: Caloric Intake: Men's or Women's?

i think it would depend if you're on T or not and if you were, how long you were on it and to what degree.

if you're not on T - then perhaps the women's caloric intake makes the most sense for your body since it's w/o T. if you're on T, and been on it for awhile, then I'd probably go with the men's intake and if not been on it long, i'd probably work with a midpoint intake and over time move it towards the men's intake levels.

This makes a lot of sense. I'm on T, and have been for almost 3 years.
