Who is the Best Peri Surgeon?

I am looking to have top surgery this year and I am small so I am looking for a peri surgeon. When I look at photos on transbucket the results from even what I have heard are the best surgeons vary. There are some surgeons near me who do not operate on a lot of trans patients but have before. Their price tag is a few thousand less than those who

If crossing the border is an option, I know at least one guy who had his chest done with that technique by Stephanie Olivier, but she's relocated from Winnipeg since and I don't know where she's based now. Cameron Bowman would be my first choice, though- he has some awesome peri/CI results and way more experience than Olivier.

I know the procedure can be done by cutting only a small incision at the base of the areola and I am hoping I can have it done that way but I need to know who does that.

i had this done by dr. fischer and my results are up on transbucket (username: was755). just so you know, even if you go to a surgeon who will do this, you should be aware that this particular version of the procedure requires that you be very very small (the lower end of the peri range) and that you don't need your nipples moved at all. the all-the-way around incisions are helpful to remove a bit of excess skin so that the surgeon can position your nipples a little bit higher on the chest, so if your nipples are on or slightly below the line of your pectoral muscle, you might want to consider this.

There is no "BEST PERI SURGEON" once you accept that you will be able to better make the decision. I know Dr. Beverly Fischer, Dr. Melissa Johnson, Dr. Paul Weiss are all on the East cost and do peri. Weiss is more expensive though because of NYC cost of living. There is also Dr. Keelee Macphee the thing is there are some guys whose results come out "flawless" and others wehre you can see the scarring. The thing is the surgeon can do a great job but if someones skin doesn't retract or if they keloid that is not something the surgeon can control and that can affect the aesthetic of the result. Many surgeons have patients who don't post on transbucket but when you go for a consult they have tons of photos. For some surgeons I have more photos on my laptop than transbucket has because the guys are stealth or just really private and they really don't care to share photos online but because they know me are willing to share. All that to say sometimes you have to ask specifically for results from particular surgeons to see what is being

I know a few guys who got great results with Dr. Fischer. If I could have gotten a peri I would have used her. As with any surgery, though, results can depend on your actual body healing, size, and there is always potential for complications. Good luck!

I had an excellent experience with Melissa Johnson, in Springfield, MA. It was in 2004 so some of her practices are different - like she will no longer write you a letter to get your documents changed. If you want some pictures, I can email them to you. I felt really supported by the staff and Dr. Johnson, and got a free revision a year later.

It was against the policy of the hospital she was working at, not her personal decision. But in any case like I said below I don't think that's the case anymore.

I could be wrong but I think that in even more recent times that policy has changed again and she now will write such letters; anyone interested should of course ask her directly to be sure.
