I am looking to have top surgery this year and I am small so I am looking for a peri surgeon. When I look at photos on transbucket the results from even what I have heard are the best surgeons vary. There are some surgeons near me who do not operate on a lot of trans patients but have before. Their price tag is a few thousand less than those who are known to operate on trans patients but their technique results in more scarring which I would really like to avoid.
Can anyone tell me, if they have had or know someone who has had peri, which surgeon does the peri procedure with the least amount of scarring? I know the procedure can be done by cutting only a small incision at the base of the areola and I am hoping I can have it done that way but I need to know who does that.
I live in Maine so a surgeon in the Northeast would be preferable but not a necessity.
Thanks
