Binders and height

Hi everyone, I'm Chris (longtime lurker, first time poster) just wanted to ask you a couple of things.

1.  What's the best binder to use if you have quite dense breast tissue? I'm small (A cup), but nothing seems to flatten the bloody things down.

And 2 . There are various resources that say they can help you naturally grow taller (e.g : http://wwwRead more... )

Chris, I had a lot of luck with the tri top from Underworks, and more recently the sports-bra style binder from T-Kingdom, though I find the straps a bit too narrow for comfort.

sorry to be a downer, but headrushfiction is right - once you've stopped growing, there's no way to get any taller short of surgically extending the bones, which is an excruciating and extremely protracted procedure ( ... )

I had small-sized, dense breast tissue post op and used an underworks tri-top, in a probably a size too large. This hid the shape of my chest without really compressing much. It worked for me.
You might try platform shoes on the height issue (walktallshoes.com or similar).

www.tallmenshoes.com <--- seriously cool.

they're right. nothing will make you taller once you've stopped growing except wearing taller shoes or surgery to make your bones longer.
