You see, there is this little thing called a "Republic" where people vote other people to get together and make decisions about how the nation is going to be run.  It works pretty well, but it has two big weaknesses:

1. The people doing the voting have to actually care enough want to to educate themselves on the people they are voting for, and then

How can the Republicans claim they have not read the bill, yet keep pointing out section after section of it that they don't like BEFORE it is even formally introduced to the Senate.

It's bullshit politics and the country sees it.
