I can't f* believe it - today I spent over 100 € on a concert ticket! But then, well... it's for an Elton John show, and sorry, but music-wise he's my total hero. ( click here for fangirl's verbal diorrhea )
^^ I drove past one of the huge posters advertising the upcoming concerts this weekend. A good friend was with me in the car and simultaneously the two of us went 'Wow Elton John?' The difference being though that he was slighty turned off and I felt the impulse to listen to my old 70s vinyls. The price of 100 euros might seem immense, but personally I experienced some of the best moments of my life at concerts. The highest I've paid for a ticket was 98 Deutsche Mark back in 2001 to see Depeche Mode. It was a stormy and wet September Night but still worth all the waiting and freezing. And I too wasn't an expert on their music back then. The magic of music :D
