Man, I don't know, I've got physical stuff going on with me, my fight or flight is wound too tight so I used to be on the edge of an anxiety attack all the time, that and PMS aka PMDD. But the medications I'm on now have helped me get a handle on that.

So you haven't set the world on fired, big deal. You haven't burned it down either. Maybe you should look your life over for all the good that you have done, even the small stuff.

How are you eating, sleeping, activity level?
