im bored...... help me!!!!

i just dont know what to do with myself, i feel tired but have this nervous energy that i just cant seem to burn off. i feel like ive had a dozen coffee's in quick succession, this makes me not sleep and seeing as though i have to be up for work at 4am, sometimes im not getting to sleep until about 2am, i just want to explode. i havnt been to work ( Read more... )

so, i went to the doctors on wednesday with kt. Basically he said that i suffer mainly from anxiety and some symptoms of depression. He didnt say that i have ADHD, but did say that he isnt interested in ADHD because no one is, especially in adults.
