It's a beautiful day!

It's a gorgeous day and I'm off until Monday! I was supposed to go paddle boarding today but thanks to the storm on Wednesday the local rivers are running, too high, fast and fall of debris so it's not safe. We've had this problem all summer really, it's been a crappy season someone needs to spank it and make it behave as it should. So instead

I'm glad you're having a great day. Also Atlanta doesn't get the brunt of the hurricanes either because unlike us (NC) and Florida, GA doesn't stick out in the water like we do :)

True Atlanta doesn't get the hurricanes but I do remember some rather spectacular lightning storms, good thing I don't mind those I actually sort of like them. Of course I now have Jimmy Buffet's Tryin' to Reason with Hurricane Season... maybe it's time for a Buffet binge... ^_^
