[ Selina was leaving Gotham for good this time. Nothing could stop her - nothing was left for her in the city. Her records wiped clean by the Clean Slate Program, given to her by a man she came to admire and... maybe even love. Too bad he was gone now. Died like a damn hero, out in blazing glory. There was a memorial service for Bruce Wayne on the grounds, but, she didn't attend. She didn't deserve to attend did she? The entire situation was her fault. If she hadn't been so damn selfish, he wouldn't have been caught by Bane and the whole damn mess would have been avoided. That seemed like good grounds for her not to attend the funeral.
A clean slate. Completely blank. Why not move on from Gotham onto the next thing? She didn't have to stay. She didn't have to keep looking at the ruined city, climbing out of the darkness. It wasn't like anyone could stop her anyways.
She came to a stop at the line waiting for the train leaving Gotham. Emergency evacuations. Dressed in just a long sleeved shirt and jeans, hair down and head low, she waited for the train to arrive. There was no glamor or luster in how she looked. She would stand out too much and cause a scene if she did. For once, it wasn't about adapting or blending in. It was about being what she really was. ]
