Saw the Watchmen tonight. I hadn't read the book, so i was a little lost at the beginning, but all in all, i thought it was Awesome!! It was just great, if over the top in some places, but i get the impression that that was appropriate. I really like how the director does the fight scenes. I was thinking Silk Spectre 2 in regards to the latex (not liquid, unfortunately). I need to look into a couple of things and see if it's realistically possible to get a good outfit.

You should either be Silhouette or Silk Spectre 2.
I liked the movie overall. As a fan of the comics I was a little disappointed but I actually think the revamped ending made more sense....

I like the Silhouette outfit better, but i'm not sure if people will get it unless i was in a group, since she was only in the very beginning. I'd be down with Silk Spectre 2 as well, but i'm thinking that her outfit will be really difficult to make/get. I need to look into it...

It's D*Con... I bet they would get Silhouette pretty easily. Especially with the movie just having come out. As for Silk Spectre you might try some of the cos play web sites. There are a couple of sites that will do custom work for not too much...

I've found someone (friend of a friend) that can do the silk spectre outfit, which is great, but they haven't emailed or called me - so i think i need to at least look into other options. Can you recommend any custom websites i should look into?
