... Many thanks to all the organizers and staff this year. I had a wonderful time. My only major gripe was again having a hotel with stairs that didn't reach all parts of the convention. There were definitely times that the elevators were a huge bottle-neck...
... My experience this year did not go as expected, at all. What I came away with was way better, and the comedy of errors/mistimings that marred Friday, Saturday, and Sunday barely frustrated me. I got to briefly see some old friends, got time to reconnect with others, and ended up with the beginnings of a few new acquaintances and friendships. While I have a few minutes at work:
