Went to the dentist to get a cavity filled--my first! Now I have a nice shiny bit of metal on one of my teeth, and a numb lip. It feels so odd to feel my face and not have my face feel me back. Biting on my numb teeth feels like biting on a china plate. I never noticed how sensitive my mouth was until it couldn't feel anything

I think dentist appointments are the new cool thing. I went to one a week ago. Luckily, I made it out of there cavity free.
