Yea! and yet....
Hezekiel calls Dal, Doll? Mistype or is Hezekiel so out of touch with who Dal is or is this the effect of Penelope.
*grins* I know a Penelope. This is not going to improve my feelings about her.

Yep, there's something about Penelope that feels off, She's not feeling the mate/sex thing like a demon's mate is supposed to.
Harvest a demon's suppressed lust/mating urge for some purpose of her own?
Or is it that she can't mate with him because he'll realize that she isn't really his mate and this is all a ruse.

Go Bene with the, stronger than Hezekiel, demon shielding and the charm that Steele and Dal have against Hezekiel.
Almost I feel sorry for Hezekiel that a part of him still feels the mate link with Dal.

We still don't know what Steele is. *slow smile* tease. The slow reveal.

Steele had sex with Dal. Yet if Dal is indeed the mate of Hezekiel.... This is going to be complex. Good Title choice.

Yeah, Hezekiel always calls him that. Never asked if he liked it. But then it does sound the same...

To her, he's just her current's ex. More in chapter three.

I've had the impression that demons feel it much more than their Mates do. Penelope is attracted, but not much more than she is to her long time crush...

The charm Steele and Dal are using is the Tactile 3000, a BDSM sex toy, that causes a demon a tickle to mild pain when they touch their play partner. Gabe invented it because he and Bene love to play. Only Steele and Dal's versions have been turn up to third degree burns, because Gabe and Bene aren't pleased with Hezekiel.

Yes, very complex.
