Drunkwatching

So I'm eating my breakfast and there's this robin outside my window trying to eat berries. There are perfectly good berries above him on the branch, but he decides he wants to go for the ones below him. So the robin bends over to get them, the branch dips so he can't reach, robin stands up, branch goes back to normal, and this repeats over and over

E-eek? It got drunk? Was it underage? @_@;; I remember a bee got drunk once... It flew into the fire pit... ;___; I was very sad... /end rant

XD I don't know the legal drinking age for birds. (Bees can get drunk?)
