Rooted in this place, with power flowing in and through me, bringing peace, protection and pleasure I bring forth plenty. I prosper. I used to think that prosperity was about having plenty of the things that I wanted, especially money. I thought that if I had plenty of money I was prosperous. I no longer think that way.

Wonderful! Yes, in our economy we are expected to consume. Hunters and Gatherers as well as Farmers live off of the abundance of the Earth. Capitalists live off the work of laborers who not only manufacture the goods but also spend their paychecks on manufactured goods, thus the rich owners get richer and we workers pretty much stay where we. I think that most of us live and work in a form of economic slavery. The path to freedom involves reducing our consumption of consumer goods and taking steps to grow more of our own food and get off the power grid. That said, I find it easier most days to stay where I am. It takes a lot of work to set ourselves free!
