This is so incredibly intense and amazing. My chest was aching through half of it. The conversation between Remus and Sirius in the first part (about the books) is very well done and I'd say it was 'fun', except it breaks down into something not so fun. The conversations that they DON'T have are just as well-written, even in between the lines, if that makes sense.

i love that there's so much left unsaid (yet insinuated) in this. this second part in particular, was very emotionally loaded (and, okay, it was hot too. :p) i was thinking about r/s before sirius went to azkaban and the whole mistrust issue, and this is pretty close to how i picture the situation, that fear and confusion where neither of them dares to really say anything.

i completely agree! that's one of the reasons i love the marauders- there are so many different aspects to explore during that period, and canon doesn't really get in the way. thanks for reading!
