So I signed up for 4 week trial and have already seen like 16 movies. The service is pretty good. For $15/month you get 3 movies out at a time and can view an unlimited amount per month... and they give you the occasional coupons for in-store rentals. A better deal than Netflix. My only negative was that the DVD for 'Shaun of the Dead' was messed ( Read more... )

i've been using blockbuster online for more than 4 months now and am absolutely love it!! i agree w/ u on buying a dvd burner so u can archive movies cuz that's what i do now!!! hahaha.. my company bought a dvd burner and i've been buring dvds ever since for myself and coworkers!!! so convenient!!! =) i have about 20 movies now.

Closer is an odd movie.. without truth and honesty a relationship to can't work (but it must start from day one) hm.. maybe that's what the whole movie is about..

so did u think that natalie portman's character was really in love or she was just taking a vacation? Cause everyone else was older and so serious... but she was so 'whatever'... either that or she was the most screwed up of them all. although she didnt cheat. but she lied about herself for 4 years. lying to the person u claim to love for 4 years about your real name. i felt like at the end... she was all of a sudden like 'i dont love u anymore' like a light switch.

even tho she had this "whatever" attitude, she was so jealous of Julia Roberts when she found out her bf had feelings for Roberts. she did lie about her true self for 4 yrs and that's the part i don't get.. why?? she was trying to hide herself so she could be someone else that she thought her bf would like?? she was in love w/ him 2 sec ago then the next sec after she told him that she slept w/ another man, she immediately told him that "i don't love u anymore!!"... the whole thing felt like a dream after her bf found out that was not her real name....

Hi, I can't help but have a different view of Natalie Portman's character. Closer really struck a chord with me. Not because my life is ever so exciting or as dramatic as those in the movie but I really respected the clever way the story was told through just their dialogue ( ... )

i just signed up for it on Tuesday, and it's been four days and I haven't received my movies yet. I'm not sure why it's taking so long. If I don't get it tomorrow, I'm going to cancel it. I want to be able to watch more than 3 movies a month.

i saw "closer". i think she didn't use her real name. it's an odd movie.

are u getting the email notifications on when they are shipped? generally for me, i've been getting them a day before they say they are expected to be here. they say 2 days to be save... but i get most within 2. u should also check your q list to make sure they are available.

yeah she didnt use her real name for 4 years.

Saw it, but I'm in the same boat as you...really didn't make sense to me, just made me angry to see how they treated eachother...but of course my biased attitude toward a little thing called monogamy prolly had something to do with it!
