Then I fail to see the point of this conversation, if you can't answer my question.

I got to ask first do you know what nature it is? Cause that would be where the problem starts.

Nature... is that like a personality of some sort? [ he really doesn't know. ]

Yep nature is personality for pokémon. The pokégear will tell you which one your pokémon has.

Then wait a moment. [ he puts the video feed on hold, fiddling with the Pokegear to get the information.

Apparently Céleste has a "Gentle" nature and Basile has a "Naughty" nature. I guess that explains something.

Scold it harshly when it misbehaves. If that doesn't work, then force it to work every time it steps out of line.

Taking away privileges may also help.

Hm. I think I could try that then. Would a spray bottle work on a bird though?

[ you can tell he's never had pets before. ]

Uu, Maria knows! You just have to make sure to always treat your Pokémon very nicely and give them lots of love!

I'm trying to do so, and yet it's not working at all.

[ rude is his middle name ]

I'd have to think so. Maybe i'll release it. It's probably not worth the trouble.
