I love the pair so much. Their relationship has become the core of the show as much as Walter's journey is.
Sometimes I think that I'm more into non sexual relationships than into romantic ones, yet I used to be a Spuffy 'shipper!
So here is a list of my 10 favourite non sexual relationships on

I've only seen four of those shows, but definitely agree with the ones you've listed.
Vic/Shane - The Shield
Opie/Jax - SoA
Chibs/Juice - SoA
Clay/Tig - SoA
Gemma/Tara - SoA

Some day ou'll have to watch Life On Mars (the original of course, not the American remake)! The series revamped the concept of the cop show and Sam and Gene were the best police partners ever.

I mostly ship non-sexual pairings too. Actually - a while back I posted my own list of platonic pairings that I love. Sam/Gene are most definitely on there!! LOVE Sam/Gene! I think Walter/Jesse would probably jump into the No.1 spot for me too now (I'd also have to add Tony/Chris from the Sopranos). They'd even rank above my beloved Frodo/Sam I think (well LotR was my first online fandom, so I'm sentimental). I think the only relationship I've been more fannish over is Baltar/Gaeta from BSG, who also had the love/hate thing too only far less screentime. I did end up slashing that pair though. Bill/Saul are more of a traditional bromance.

Here's my list. I also didn't include a lot of girl/girl ships. I like the female friendships on Buffy and Big Love is made of great relationships between women.

I suppose that Buffy/Dawn could make my list too. In a way it's more a case of mother/daughter 'ship than a relationship between siblings, at least after it's revealed that Dawn was the key and was made up out of Buffy.
The tv world is mostly a men's world, with the best characters often being males, especially when it comes to quality shows, and there's no female equivalent to bromance in the best dramas. There's a cultural tradition of brothers in arms, pals from childhood and police partners sharing a deep bond, but a lack of great relationships between women. Yet I tend to think that the latter are actually stronger in real life.
