We have garden!

Now all we have to do is water and weed it...Blecch. I've been doing a lot wof weeding lately. I don't seem to be able to keep up with them all. Are there any "environmentally safe" weed killers? Or is that an oxymoron? Do you know?

We borrowed a rototiller today. Now we have a 12x20' patch of what will be a vegetable garden. This was his idea, and so I hope he follows through with his vision. He said he would like to plant some corn and beans. I, too, would like to plant some veggies, but am skeptical of my not very green thumb...What is easiest to grow? Has anyone ever ( Read more... )

Plans for our shindig are coming together, though not nearly fast enough for my comfort. It's less than a month away at this point, and jitters are starting to settle in...Not about the marriage...but about the event itself. Short entry tonight...gotta get invitations out.. xP

Today I had a falling out with my 9 year old. She seems to have difficulty with writing. When I asked her about it, she clammed up and refused to say anything at all.
