asdkjakjks oh my heart ;___;. I love the way you write Gwen - it's like you take her and expand her in a way that incorporates all the hints of what her character could be in the future from the show, and y, she's just very much in-character. this epilogue is heartbreaking, and yet the way she leaves feels right/realistic in the context of everything.

askdjaskjfks some more. waaaaaaah. also, congratulations on making it to the end of the big bang! *___*

This was so beautiful and so heartrending. There's a sort of resigned ache throughout this that reminds me that the Arthurian legends are not happy go lucky stories. There's so much death, tragedy, difficult choices, difficult circumstances... This piece embraces that, but also gives our beloved characters little moments of peace and happiness and resolution, and I'm grateful for that ( ... )

Ahhh, firstly, thank you so so much for this review and for your very kind words about the piece and my writing. It totally made my day and I'm sorry for the delayed reply to your thoughtfulness.

Gwen & Uther: I'm so tickled that you enjoyed this scene, as it's easily one of my favourite scenes in the story. And I cannot tell you how much I want a scene between Gwen and Uther on the show! Their dynamic would be incredible and so interesting: emotionally between them and with the character/societal implications of such a showdown - and, as you mentioned, the importance of something like that playing out for Gwen would be mammoth. Not to mention, the performances are guaranteed to be nothing short of spectacular ( ... )

I just can't imagine a world in which Gwen would give up or cop it after Arthur's death, she just recognises responsibility so strongly... Thank you, I'm so glad you enjoyed :)
