Grandma Dawe

My Grandma had a massive stroke on Monday evening.

I went to see her today in hospital in White Rock. She can't speak, and her right side is totally paralyzed. She responds to sounds, but it's hard to tell if she can understand english, or how much she knows what is happening.

She's a Christian Scientist, so she doesn't believe in drugs or surgery

I wan to write something to be supportive, but I don't know what to say. If it would help to get together, I'd be up for it - or I'd be up for it in any case.

If she really has Science all in her Christianity, then I'm sure that no matter how communicative she may or may not be, she'll hear these echoes or yours through the Internet ether.

Even if you can't tell, or she can't tell you...she knows, man.
