"Hello again Fred." Pippi said into the phone. "The pipe things I used off the island and they worked great! I have a bit of a sticky wicket, it's not quite a joke, but I think it's right up your ally... Tell me. Do you have something that would make a person temporarily weaker?"

Fred frowned and scratched his head. He had made Strengthening Solutions at Hogwarts, but it had been awhile since he'd done that, and he had never tried to make a de-Strengthening Solution before... but it was worth a try. Besides, Pippi had given Fred a lot of business, and he felt as though he owed it to her to try.
