Fred noticed that the light on his recording machine was flashing. He approached it cautiously. He surveyed it for a minute and then gently pushed the "Play" button, grimacing and closing his eyes, just in case.

"You have one new message," it said. He exhaled. Good. It wasn't going to blow up on him.

"Message one: Hello, this is Pippi Longstocking. Do you do... Special orders?"

Fred grinned wickedly. Of course we do, he thought. Weasley's Wizard Wheezes is always more than happy to tailor products to suit the needs of our customers.

"Hello again. This is Pippi Longstocking... Again. My friends and I are going to be jaunting off on a little trip in about a week or so and we were thinking of leaving a little something behind so our friends don't get lonely in our absence... And I was thinking that you, Sir, were the perfect person to help with that. Is there a time that's particularly good to come by?"

Fred smiled. He could always count on Pippi Longstocking to liven up a holiday with a little mischief.

"Why, thank you for the compliment, Pippi," Fred said. "I would be more than happy to help. For something of this nature, I think it would probably be best to stop by after hours, like say, eight o'clock (EST)? And please, call me Fred."

"Hello again Fred." Pippi said into the phone. "The pipe things I used off the island and they worked great! I have a bit of a sticky wicket, it's not quite a joke, but I think it's right up your ally... Tell me. Do you have something that would make a person temporarily weaker?"

Fred frowned and scratched his head. He had made Strengthening Solutions at Hogwarts, but it had been awhile since he'd done that, and he had never tried to make a de-Strengthening Solution before... but it was worth a try. Besides, Pippi had given Fred a lot of business, and he felt as though he owed it to her to try.
