Well, I still can't make it through super fat shaker 2000, but thats ok. I did more reading and found that its mostly for people who are already in good shape who want to get an eight pack and big 'guns'. I'm going to keep trying with it though, because even if I can't keep up all the time I can work on it, and I like how the routine alternates ( Read more... )
