temporary victory

Well, I still can't make it through super fat shaker 2000, but thats ok. I did more reading and found that its mostly for people who are already in good shape who want to get an eight pack and big 'guns'. I'm going to keep trying with it though, because even if I can't keep up all the time I can work on it, and I like how the routine alternates every day. Today I picked up some resistance bands and did "chest and back" from the series. They do a lot of chinups. I did no chinups, but I could still feel it in my arms just doing the motion, so I'll call it a win. They did about 9 million pushups of different variety, I did about 40 from my knees in the whole hour. But its ok, I'll get there. When I couldn't do them anymore I just ran up and down the apartment until they were finished. Despite my feeling shitastic last week about how I was doing, I still lost a kilo, which is two pounds. That isn't bad at all. Tomorrow is the Dread Cardio, so I will probably feel crappier about it all tomorrow, but I will just try to concentrate on doing just a little better then last time and remind myself that crapping out half way through is still better then playing dragon age instead. I really appreciate everyone's support when I was feeling all boohoomoomoo about it. It really helped me to perk up and shake myself out of my pity party.
